Eager buyers keen to have a tranquil piece of land to call their own have snapped up
21 of 26 land lots on offer in Defence Housing Australia’s (DHA) Heartwood, residential development at Voyager Point.
Heartwood is a three-stage release of 120 generous-sized land lots being sold by Coldwell Banker South West Realty. The local real estate agency was selected by DHA to sell and manage all three stages of land release. DHA will retain 42 lots for Defence members and their families, with the rest to be sold to the open market.

Heartwood at Voyager Point is located on Heathcote road between Wattle Grove and the Heathcote Road Villages of Hammondville, Pleasure Point and Sandy Point.
