DHA is preparing to release another 27 land lots at its Heartwood development in the popular Sydney suburb of Voyager Point.
Following on from the success of the first land release, where 88% has sold, DHA will release the second stage for sale to the public on Saturday 27 July.
Heartwood will consist of 120 generous-sized land lots. DHA will retain 42 lots for Defence members and their families, with the remaining 78 lots to be sold to the open market by Coldwell Banker South West Realty over three stages.
In this release, land lots range in size from 458sqm to 720sqm. The third and final stage of the development is expected be released before the end of the year.
