The Assistant Minister for Defence the Hon. Stuart Robert today accepted the AE2 residential development on behalf of its future residents, ADF members and their families.
On Saturday 6 December, residents came out to enjoy the 'community end of year party' at the AE2 residential development in Ermington. The community event was to celebrate one year since AE2 welcomed its first residents and the final completion of all 210 townhouses this year.
Defence Housing Australia’s (DHA) newest residential development AE2, located 5km east of Parramatta CBD and 15km west of Sydney CBD, marks the first DHA development to be awarded Urban Development Institute Australia’s (UDIA) esteemed EnviroDevelopment certification.
