The Invictus Games Sydney 2018 wrapped up on Saturday evening with a sell-out closing ceremony at Qudos Bank Arena. The ceremony marked the end of eight remarkable days of competition that showcased the resilience of the human spirit.
The children of Defence families at The Willows State School got a very special visitor, with Defence Housing Australia’s (DHA) favourite fury friend Rex D. Dog dropping by to help the school’s librarian read his book, Sticking Together, to a group of more than 80 Defence kids.
On Sunday 18 May, DHA’s favourite friend Rex D. Dog joined a crowd of more than 10,000 animal lovers and their furry friends at the Million Paws Walk in Canberra.
