22 July 2013 Crimson Hill starting to take shape

DHA’s landmark development Crimson Hill on Sydney’s leafy North Shore is starting to take shape with the news that the first two builders have signed contracts to start work on three of the apartment buildings at the residential development.

Grindley Constructions is an Australian-owned company renowned for its ability to consistently deliver projects that carry the hallmark of quality and value. They will be building a 23 apartment boutique building and a 70 apartment building adjacent to the Lane Cove National Park. Grindley Constructions will be working with architect firm Bates Smart to deliver these high-quality buildings comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments.

“We are proud to be working with DHA on such an exciting development,” Grindley Construction Director, Matthew Macauley said. “Crimson Hill will be an active and vibrant community for the future.”

The second builder to sign on to work on the residential development is Ganellen Constructions, a successful commercial construction contractor operating primarily in the Sydney market, who boast a number of blue chip clients. They will be taking charge of 129 apartments in precinct 3 of the development alongside architects, Architectus.

The first land lots for sale at the residential development will be auctioned on Saturday 10 August at the Colliers International offices at Level 42, Northpoint Tower, 100 Miller Street, North Sydney.
