DHA’s Bluewattle residential development has yet again proved why it is the one of the most exciting new developments in Queensland, securing a Master Builders Far North Queensland Housing & Construction Award.
The DHA Bluewattle Sales Centre, constructed by local house builder DJ Jones Constructions, was awarded first prize in the commercial building worth up-to $5million category.
The Bluewattle Sales Centre is currently being used as the main point of land sales for the development and at the end of the project the house will be retrofitted back and used as one of the DHA homes.
