It’s that time of the year when Defence families across the country are packing up their belongings and preparing to post to their next home. With this in mind, and the quickly looming Christmas and New Year holiday period, we want to make sure you know how to get in contact with us during this busy time.
Our offices will be closed from 3.00pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen for business as usual on Monday 4 January 2016. But, if you have questions or requests in relation to LIA, housing or maintenance pencil in 30 and 31 December into your diaries as our call centres will be open to help you out from 8.30am to 3.00pm (AEDT) on those days.
