08 November 2016 Liv Apartments Selling Now: 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments for as little as $5K deposit

The Liv Apartments Fremantle sales office and display suite will officially open its doors to the general public on Saturday 5 November, providing customers the opportunity to secure their new home with a deposit of just $5,000.

Sales interest has already been generated for the east end development on Queen Victoria Street following a successful VIP launch. For a limited time, apartments will be available for a reduced deposit, which is significantly less than the standard 10 per cent deposit required by most vendors.

Liv Apartments is the new apartment and commercial space being developed by Defence Housing Australia (DHA). Designed by award-winning international design firm Hassell, the development comprises 166 apartments and ground floor retail and commercial spaces. Buyers can choose from one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $400,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

The reduced deposit is made possible by the fact that DHA is one of the largest property developers in Australia. DHA is also one of Australia’s most successful Government Business Enterprises, and due to its government backing is able to progress construction on its developments without requiring significant pre-sales. Subject to contracts and timelines, the first residents are expected to move into Liv Apartments by mid-2018.
