Rent

We pay your rent monthly in advance on the first day of each month, except for the first and the last month of your lease. We pay rent by electronic funds transfer to your nominated bank account.

You can refer to your monthly statement for details of any charges applied to your account. The 'Charges' tab within Online Services will show expected future charges.

We may stop paying rent under certain circumstances. We only pay rent where the property is habitable.

To update your bank details, you will need to complete and submit a Amend Landlord Information form (PDF - 488 KB)
