Check if your property is eligible to lease to DHA in two easy steps:

1. Input the postcode of your property below. The application form will appear if your property is in an eligible location.
2. Complete the application form with your contact details and the property’s location and details. You can also attach up to five documents to help us assess your property. We recommend attaching the floor plan and recent photos of the property.

Important note: to be considered your property must meet specific criteria in addition to being in a suitable location. Please read our property requirements prior to submitting a property application form.

Property not eligible or looking to purchase a new property?

DHA may also be able to commit to leasing a property before you purchase or build if it meets our requirements. Simply call our Leasing Team on 133 342 first to find out if your planned purchase or build meets DHA’s housing requirements and located in an area we require properties.
