(SR) are the primary form of housing offered to Defence Members and their families. These properties are located in proximity to Defence bases and offices throughout Australia.
(RBCH) Our Rent Band Choice homes provide busy families a modern alternative to more traditional housing.
Rent Allowance
(RA) If we are unable to offer you a suitable Service Residence in your posting locality, or if you are posting unaccompanied, you will be eligible for Rent Allowance to lease a property in the private rental market.
(MCA) DHA’s range of quality off-base MCA properties are available exclusively to MWOD and MWD(U) Members in selected locations.
(LIA) – On-base accommodation is available in most locations. Standards and amenities vary from base to base.
