About Bundock Street Housing Redevelopment, Randwick, NSW
This project is being initiated, planned and delivered by the Directorate of Relocations and Housing (DRH), within the Department of Defence, in partnership with DHA to supply 62 houses to Defence families on Bundock Street.
The Bundock Street Housing Redevelopment will provide Defence members and their families with suitably-located, quality homes and enable them to become part of the local community. The project is neighboured by existing residents on Bundock Street and Gumara Street and Randwick Barracks.
The project team is currently progressing site investigations and plans for the redevelopment. The approval authority for the development is the Public Works Committee (PWC). Plans will be submitted to PWC by early 2023 and community input will be sought ahead of this time.
