Affinity groups

Affinity groups are essential for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace by building social connections between employees, being the voice for change and contributing towards the development of programs and initiatives.  Our affinity groups are listed by their icons below and include Pride @DHA; Culturally and Linguistically Diverse; Disability; and Gender Diversity in Leadership.

External memberships

DHA is proud to be recognised as an Inclusive Employer for 2022-23 by Diversity Council Australia. This recognition acknowledges the work DHA has done to ensure we have a more diverse and inclusive workplace where employee feel safe to bring their whole self to work.

DHA also holds memberships with Australia Network on Disability, Pride in Diversity and Diversity Council Australia.
