Defence Housing Australia (DHA) participates in the Australian Public Service (APS) Employee Census every year. The APS Census is an annual employee perception survey of the APS workforce and is conducted from May to June. The survey provides an opportunity for employees to give their views about the APS and DHA.
Employee feedback continues to be an integral input to the actions we take to improve employee experience and engagement, and to drive an inclusive and high performing culture across DHA. We remain dedicated to taking steps to genuinely address key themes through a range of initiatives. Following our 2024 results, DHA has developed an action plan which outlines a list of actions that are aimed to effectively address three areas identified from our census results.
