As part of DHA's commitment to work health and safety, all DHA contractors who complete work on behalf of DHA are required to complete a contractor WHS induction module. It is recommended that all contractor workers also complete the WHS induction module.
The WHS induction module provides information on:
- DHA’s and contractors’ WHS obligations
- Hazard identification and risk management
- WHS incident reporting
- WHS resource links.
To complete the WHS induction module you are required to:
- Download the PDF document below and ensure you read all pages
- Once you have read the PDF document, send an email to whs@dha.gov.au with your DHA Contractor ID number (you can obtain this from your Online Services account) or your business name, confirming you have completed the WHS induction module.
