As Cyclone Kirrily is expected to reach land in Far North Queensland on 25 January, our Townsville Contact Centre will be temporarily closed for the safety of our staff.
Our dedicated team will continue to support members and families by working from home, but this may result in reduced staffing and increased wait times.
Please be advised that Online Services will not be affected. This is the best option to raise routine maintenance requests, apply for residences and track enquiries. However, if you have urgent maintenance repairs that affect immediate health and safety such as a gas leak, dangerous electric fault, serious roof leak or flooding please call us on 139 342.
If your property experiences an emergency during Cyclone Kirrily, such as fallen power lines, flooding or fire, please contact emergency services on 000 or SES on 132 500.
We understand that the current situation is distressing. The safety of our staff and members is our top priority and we appreciate your understand and flexibility as we navigate this situation together.
Stay safe, and please follow advice from local news and the Bureau of Meteorology.
